We are a Mailing and Fulfilment Centre providing Creative Design, Data and Direct Marketing Services, throughout the UK and Europe.

Since investing heavily in new software we are seeing exceptional growth and demand for our fulfilment services.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Supervisor/Account Manager to work within our very busy packing/shipment department, based at our site in Aintree. Occasional travel may be involved.

The object of the role is to grow and retain our portfolio of clients by building long term relationships, become a trusted advisor offering the client on-going support, inform clients of best mailing courier, analysis, and insight to ensure the success of the clients’ campaign.  Identify any other opportunities to increase revenue and drive thebusiness forward.

You will also be responsible for a small team, monitoring the picking, packing, and shipping process, organise daily schedules for pick teams, arrange additional staff for peak levels, update the stock system, carry out quality checks, ensure procedures and compliance are adhered to company policies and best practice,

attend weekly meetings to up-date management on progress, performance and discuss any problems or issues. Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably requested by senior management.

Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

About You

You will have experience in account management, ideally have a background in shipping of parcels and fulfilment of goods, staff supervision, staff development, recruitment, familiar with e-commerce, proficient using Microsoft packages, we also run fulfilment software called Mintsoft, any knowledge/experience of this software would be a distinct advantage. You must be capable of working to deadlines and under pressure, Stock management, flexible to meet the needs of the business with a can-do attitude.
