Pallet Sizes
Character Fulfilment accepts pallets that conform to the following specifications:
Standard Pallet Dimensions
- Type: UK Standard Pallet
- Dimensions: 1200 mm x 1000 mm
- Maximum Height: 1800 mm (including the pallet)
- Maximum Weight: 1000 kg
Euro Pallet Dimensions
- Type: Euro Pallet
- Dimensions: 1200 mm x 800 mm
- Maximum Height: 1800 mm (including the pallet)
- Maximum Weight: 1000 kg
Additional Guidelines
- Pallets must be sturdy and in good condition.
- Items should be securely wrapped and fastened to prevent movement during transit.
- Clearly label all pallets with the appropriate shipping and handling information.
Delivery Times
Character Fulfilment operates with the following delivery and collection schedule:
Delivery Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Saturday by prior arrangement
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
Delivery Lead Times
- Standard delivery: 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Expedited delivery: 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation (subject to availability and additional charges).
Collection Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
- Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

Confirmation
- A Character Mailing/Fulfilment representative will confirm your booking and provide any additional instructions or requirements.
- Ensure that someone is available at the delivery/collection location to assist with the process and sign off on the necessary documentation.

- Any changes to the scheduled delivery or collection must be communicated to Character Fulfilment at least 24 hours in advance.
