About Us
We are looking for a sales order processor to join our fulfilment team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact to customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to our busy pick and pack team. Hours of work are 9-5 Monday to Friday. Temp to perm position.
Our ideal candidate is goal-orientated and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders promptly via email or phone
Contact clients to obtain missing information or address inquiries
Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
Generate and manage shipping labels
Facilitate internal communication of customer feedback
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Order Processor
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Team player with a high level of dedication
Ability to thrive under strict deadlines
