It starts with us receiving and processing your order. We’ll then take care of handling all the relevant documents, invoices, delivery notes etc, our staff will diligently pick and pack your order using your preferred packaging method. They’ll take care of preparing your goods, packaging, inserting manuals, etiquettes. From there, all out going documents are filed, shipping labels printed and attached, and your goods dispatched in good time and as exactly how you, the customer, would prefer.

Barcode technology gives your order full traceability and accuracy in reporting and stock control. Our systems are designed to minimise the likelihood of any errors in the shipping and distribution of your goods, but we’re aware that there may be issues once the goods have been dispatched, so we’ll take care of handling any returns and claim management issues which may arise, ensuring that we’re providing a full end-to-end service at all times.
